O'LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

Five (5) SSCE or Equivalent credit passes consisting of English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two (2) subjects chosen from Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography, Book-keeping or Financial Accounting, Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, Surveying and Building Construction in  not more than two (2) Sittings.

UTME SUBJECT REQUIREMENTS

(a)   Use of English

(b)   Mathematics

(c)   Economics

(d)   And any of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography

DIRECT ENTRY

(a) Holders of Higher School Certificate (HSC) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level (AL) into two relevant subjects or National Diploma (ND) in Estate Management or very closely related discciplines or professional certficate who applied through the JAMB could be admitted into year or Part II of the programme provided they satisfy the relevant credits requirements specified above.

(b) holders of degrees in the related disciplines or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management could also be considered for Direct Entry admission. Such candidate may be admitted into Year or Part II provided they meet the relevantcreduts requirementas contained above.
